For your complimentary 30 minute coaching session contact Nancy today! info@passport2wellness.com

Before your first session please fill out the questionnaire on the Wellcoaches website. This will give your coach a blue print of you and your requirements.

If you desire a complimentary 30 minute coaching session to see if coaching is right for you or to answer any questions please email: nancyjacobson@passport2wellness.com or info@passport2wellness.com.  Include your name, phone number, and a variety of times that are good for you. Your personal coach will email you within 24-48 hours to schedule a specific time that is convenient for both you and your coach. Try to pick a time that you are free from distractions and are able to discuss coaching and your objectives and a time that you might wish to meet for follow up sessions (the best part of coaching, however, is it is flexible).  Your personal coach will call you for each session.

Read on if you decide coaching is right for you:

A typical first session lasts at least one hour and may cover many topics.  To give you an example:

The coach will ask you about yourself, your lifestyle, your work, your hobbies, your health etc. At this time notify your coach of any concerns, feelings, dislikes, likes, motivators etc. that you have. Your coach will use the questionnaire to guide the questions to learn more about you.

bullet

Together you will dissect the items that keep you from achieving your goals.

bullet

One or more items may stand out and the coach will ask further questions.  If there is something you wish to discuss further please elaborate.

bullet

The coach may ask you to complete some homework or other exercises that allow you to investigate your desires further.

bullet

Your coach may ask you what you feel you can accomplish in the next week and how committed you are to completing these goals.

bullet

Together you and your coach will set short term (weekly) goals and long term (three month) goals.

bullet

You and your coach will create your wellness vision-your idea of health and wellness and what you want to accomplish with personal coaching.

bullet

Together you and your coach will explore the Wellcoaches platform and discuss payment options.  It is best to begin with weekly session for the first three months and then reevaluate your progress and goals to make adjustments.

bullet

At this time if you have any other questions of your coach you should ask them.

bullet

An appointment for the following week will be made.  It is wise to try to keep the same time each week, however, it is understandable that you may need some flexibility.

bullet

During the following week, as you work to achieve your weekly goals, you can use the Wellcoaches web site to log your progress or to gather information. Your coach will drop items for you to read into your library on your personal site.

bullet

If you have any questions during the week your coach will help you. You only need to email or phone the coach with your concerns.  If your coach can not find an answer she will refer you to a professional who is better suited for your solution.

Follow up sessions last about 30 minutes, sometimes longer.  Follow up session will consist of some of the following but will mainly be directed by you and what you feel is important discuss with your coach:

bullet

You will share your accomplishments and set backs with your coach.

bullet

Your weekly goals will be discussed and moved to the history section of your web site.

bullet

Together you and your coach will develop new goals to help you meet your needs.

bullet

You will discuss any barriers you expect to derail you in the coming week and work toward some solutions.

bullet

Your three month goals will be reviewed regularly to make sure your weekly goals are helping you achieving the long term objectives. Your wellness vision can also be revised as needed.

bullet

The coach can help you find appropriate celebrations as you achieve your goals.

bullet

Your coach will introduce new exercises, discuss related topics, or supply any needed information you may need to reach goals.

bullet

Together you and coach will discuss any health concerns you may have and you may choose to log your health information into the web page to help you keep track of it all.

bullet

An appointment for the following week will be made.

bullet

Any billing or invoices problems can be discussed as well as any problems you may be experiences with the web platform.

bullet

Your coach may give you "homework" and activities to finish before the next session.

bullet

  Self Study:

Dig deeper into your health goal.

Why do you want to make this change?

Label your answer "A"

Then ask yourself why you want to obtain "A".

Keep going with this string of questions until you get to the root of your desire.  It may take a few questions.  Remember to write down your answers on a piece of paper.

Step 2:

Then write down how it will feel to reach that possibility for yourself.  Write down as much detail as you can.  How will it feel to be you once you reach your possibility for yourself?

Remember to use as much detail as you can.

This exercise is taken from the "Health Seekers Handbook" by Bob Merberg and is a great book and highly recommended.
