Eat Healthy-Passport 2 Wellness is dedicated to helping you eat foods that will promote good health. Your coach will help you eat a balanced diet based on the food pyramid or help you stick to a plan designed for you by another health professional.  Let your personal coach assist you in designing goals to get you eating right today.

 

Stop Smoking-The hazards of smoking and tobacco use is reported in the news daily.  However, it is a difficult habit to break.  If you desire to quit Passport 2 Wellness can help you prepare to stomp out your tobacco habit.  Your personal coach will work with your personal health care provider, if necessary, to help you be successful. 

 

More Energy- Is a lack of energy the biggest hurdle in accomplishing your daily chores?
