  Tips for coaching children:

Depending on the age and maturity of the child it might be wise for the parent to consider learning to coach their child with the help of a personal health and wellness coach.

 

Remember that children mimic and learn from the adults around them. The parent can try changing their habits and include the children in the process. Including the children in activities can also build relationships and memories that last forever.

 

 

  Family Fun Activities for spring and summer:
  1. Bike rides
  2. Hikes
  3. Walks around the neighborhood and include the pet.
  4. Outdoor games like hide and seek, kick ball, catch, hopscotch, four square, badminton, volleyball etc.
  5. Swimming
  6. Skateboarding or skating
  7. Chalk the sidewalk
  8. Wash the car
  9. Gardening
