What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a proven technique to enable you to reach your goals with the help of a trained professional who will guide, motivate, and support you. It is a one-on-one program that helps many people reach their health and wellness goals because the plans are individually designed to meet the needs, visions, and values of the client.

You and your coach will work together as a team in individually designed coaching sessions.  Between sessions you will implement the plan you discussed and developed with your coach.  The time between sessions is where you will see the most dramatic results. You will find this time is where you will open new doors and create new challenges for yourself.

 

Many clients may wish to tackle their health goals. Other may desire to make changes in other areas of their lives including their career or wellness.  In any case, your coach will help you design a unique program just for you.

Your coach can forward video and pictures to you.  For example, if a client’s goal is to get fit using a series of exercises Passport 2 Wellness Personal Coaching Center can demonstrate the exercises and send them via email.

 

Whichever method of coaching you choose, you will find that coaching is uniquely designed around you.  You won’t be limited to your geographical location or be forced to try to find that extra few minutes out of your already busy schedule.  You and your coach will meet weekly from the privacy and convenience of your own home or office.

 

The coaching session:

Remember it’s your coaching session.  You and your coach will talk about what is important to you, how you can take action, and how you will produce results.

Each session will be different.  Sometimes you will discuss-
