False- there isn’t a “spot reducing” method to losing weight.  The body loses weight all over, not in just one spot.  By eating a healthy diet and exercising you can reduce weight and tone muscles achieving over all muscle balance and a healthy lifestyle.

True-physical activity helps to boost self-esteem.  It also gives you energy to complete your daily activities.  In many cases you can learn new skills.
