Are You Ready to Change Quiz

 

Change doesn’t just happen.  According to recent research, there are several stages to change.  During change a person moves from precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance.

 

Do you fall into one of these categories?

        Precontemplation-I can’t or won’t change, or I’m not even thinking of a change.

        Contemplation-I might make a change in the next six months or I’m planning     on making a change in this time frame.

        Preparation-I’m committed to making a change in the next month.

        Action- I am taking steps in making the change happen.

        Maintenance-I’ve been working on the behavior for at least six months.

 

If you are ready to explore techniques to help you move through the stages of change complete the questionnaire below.  It may help you determine what stage of change you fall into and your readiness to improve a behavior, develop a new healthy behavior, or stop a bad one. 

 

Have your answers ready for your first complimentary session with your Personal Coach.  Together you will determine techniques you can use to make the changes your desire, helping you reach your health and wellness goals.
